African-American Team Unknown

This African-American Team is unknown. With often poignant faces, these young black men faced an ungenerous future. There was no place for them to play ball for serious money, and these teams were probably the end of the line for these players. The Grafton Giants from Grafton, West Virginia pose around 1910.
