Is that Burleigh Grimes?

IS that Burleigh Grimes? Described on the back of the card as a "good looking group," the 1912 Eau Claire BBC operated in a Wisconsin baseball hotbed.  Hank Aaron played there decades later.  There is one famous player on these Eau Claire Commissioners, but I am not sure he is in the photo.  Burleigh Grimes was 19-year-old when a member of this team. I think he is sitting in the middle of the front row. There are similarities in the face, but the boyish lad in this photo is nothing like the bulldog-like Grimes in later years.
