Are You Lyin'?
I believe that many people do not really take in what they are looking at. People tend to glance at images, immediately categorize them, and think they understand what they viewed. Sometimes odd anomalies occur in photographs, or intentional juxtapositions are created, which people do not recognize, or investigate.Here we have another problem. This is where the artist has not carefully thought out his assignment, and comes up with something absurd. Of course, most people would not notice, and that would be what the litho company would hope for.See it yet?This crouching lion could leap six to seven feet in the air, if he so wished. How is this short fence, no matter how mighty, going to restrain the leaping abilities of one of the largest cats on the planet? It isn't. Maybe that is why the circus cops are running down the path - before the lion realizes his opportunity.
