Wait Hoyt & Wee Willie Sherdel-The Same Size?

I never thought of Wait Hoyt as small as Wee Willie Sherdel, but I never actually thought about it, either.  Here he hugs “Wee Willie”, pitcher for the St. Louis Cardinals, who must be a friend, before the first game of the 1928 World Series where this pair would play the role of starters.  But, look!  Sherdel is either not so “wee”, since Hoyt is the same height or Hall of Famer Hoyt was diminutive.  Just to be sure, I went to the encyclopedia, and we have to go with the not so ‘wee.’  Hoyt was 6 feet tall, and Wee Willie 5’10”.
